I have practiced law in New Hampshire since 1973 and in Warner since April of 1978. My office is in the center of town at One East Main Street. With the help of my legal assistant, Karen DeFusco, and our secretaries, I have a general practice and emphasize the following:
Real Estate-deeds, title examinations, closings for sales and mortgages, title insurance, promissory notes, mortgages, title and boundary disputes
Estate Planning-wills, trusts, living wills, powers of attorney, healthcare powers of attorney
Estate Administration-handling the probate process when someone has passed away
Personal and Property Injury-automobile and other accidents and disputes involving injury to people or property
GOALS FOR MY PRACTICE
I want to continue to do what I have been doing for many years. There is very little that is as satisfying as having a client come in to the office with a problem and leave after our discussion with a sense of relief that a solution has been found or at least we are on track to find one.
I treat everyone with whom I have contact-whether it is a client, an employee or even an opponent-with respect and dignity. My clients always know I have listened to them.
Respecting client confidentiality is of utmost importance.
I do my best to accomplish my clients' goals promptly and with common sense. I know well that the decisions that are made at the outset of a legal challenge will affect the length of time the solution takes and its cost.

My building is a white colonial cape set back from the road at the intersection of Main Street and Kearsarge Mountain Road in the center of town and next door to the Warner Town Hall.
From the north, take Exit 9 from Interstate 89 and turn left onto Route 103 (West Main Street) at the end of the ramp. Go about a mile and we are on the north or left hand side of the street. A sign is clearly visible in front.
From the south, take Exit 8 from Interstate 89 and at the end of the ramp, turn left onto Schoodac Road. After a very short distance, you will come to a stop sign at Route 103 (East Main Street.) Turn right onto East Main Street/Route 103 and follow it into the center of town. We are immediately after the Town Hall on the right hand or north side of the street.
From the east or west, simply follow Route 103 (East Main Street or West Main Street) into the center of town.
